We are well also. We have attempted to stay as current as we can with what’s happening in the world related to COVID-19 (coronavirus). With the Treasury Secretary’s announcement today (March 20, 2020) to extend the filing season to July 15, 2020 we have decided to close the office for the next two (2) weeks. Tentatively reopening April 6, 2020.

This being said, we understand you’re worried about your return, and we have a plan to help.

1. If your return is here at the office and you want to file for your Refund…

Simply reply to this email and Mike will send you the process via email with a link to our secure portal so you can sign and pay to approve your return online. Otherwise call the office, leave a message, John and Mike will be checking those, and we will make arrangements.

2. If your return it is not here yet & you want your Refund…

You can upload all your documents on our secure portal here:

OR drop them in a sealed envelope through our mail-slot at the office. Please add your Name, Phone Number and E-Mail to your envelope. We will be coming in periodically to retrieve these documents and we will get your return ready for filing and send it for review via the portal for payment and signatures.

3. If you know you will OWE money…

Don’t worry, you do not need to pay anything until July 15, 2020. This means we have plenty of time and can reschedule your appointment. OR you can upload your documents to the link above OR drop your envelope off at the office.
